Vacant Area
:
The areas, which are not under any rental contract liability and which are not used by the property owner.
Vacancy Rate
:
The rate of total usage area to the total rentable area. It is calculated by dividing the total available m² size to total rentable m² size. The area that is under construction is usually not included to vacancy calculations.
