COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION CONSENT FORM
1. Service Provider
Propin Gayrimenkul Yatırım ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi (“Propin” or the “Company”).
2. Scope of Consent
Within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation, I consent to receiving from Propin content relating to campaigns, promotions, announcements, events, opportunities, surveys, satisfaction studies, weekly e-newsletters, and special real estate reports published four times a year concerning the real estate, investment consultancy, rental, sales, and portfolio services offered by Propin.
3. Communication Channels
Within this scope, I consent to Propin contacting me through the following channels using the contact information I have provided:
• Electronic mail (e-mail),
• Short message service (SMS),
• Telephone calls.
4. Processing of Personal Data
For the purpose of sending commercial electronic communications, my name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, communication preferences, consent/opt-out information, date and time, and transaction records may be processed. This data will be used solely for the purposes of sending communications, managing preferences, maintaining sending and delivery records, implementing opt-out requests, and fulfilling legal obligations.
5. Withdrawal of Consent and Right to Opt Out
I acknowledge that I may refuse to receive commercial electronic communications at any time, without providing any reason. I may submit my opt-out request by using the free unsubscribe link or opt-out method included in the communication, by contacting Propin through its communication channels, or through other methods prescribed by the applicable legislation.
Following notification of the opt-out request, no commercial electronic communications will be sent to me, except for mandatory notifications permitted by the legislation. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the date of withdrawal.
6. Declaration
I acknowledge and declare that consent to commercial electronic communications is optional, that refusing to provide consent will not prevent me from benefiting from Propin's primary services, that I have access to the Privacy Notice on the Protection of Personal Data, and that I have expressed my preference of my own free will.
