PROPIN identifies sustainability-related risks and develops strategies to address them, while also initiating integrated processes within the business model. In line with the identified risks, we revise and adapt our business model accordingly. This approach enhances our resilience to sustainability risks and strengthens our company’s long-term success.

Business Continuity and Flexible Working Environment (ESG 3)

At PROPIN, we enhanced our business continuity in 2010 by transitioning to cloud-based systems, which enabled access to data from anywhere. This transformation has created a flexible working environment that supports remote work for our employees.

At PROPIN, we utilize cloud solutions to manage data storage and business processes effectively. This strategy allows us to optimize resource use while minimizing our environmental impact. Cloud-based systems incorporate advanced measures for security and data integrity, enabling us to manage customer data safely and provide a data management approach aligned with sustainability principles.

Digital Infrastructure (ESG 5)

Since our establishment, PROPIN has continuously invested in digital infrastructure. By adopting leading digital tools such as Salesforce, we have embraced the latest technologies in customer relationship management (CRM). This strengthens our customer interactions and supports data-driven decision-making processes. By focusing on ongoing digital transformation projects, we aim to make our operations more agile, responsive, and customer-centric. Enhancing and developing our digital infrastructure remains a key strategic priority to ensure sustainable growth.

Technological Innovation and Advanced Digital Solutions (ESG 6)

We continue to develop sustainable strategies through data-driven and digital analyses in real estate market evaluations. In addition, we use virtual reality tools to present real estate projects to clients, reducing the need for physical travel and thereby lowering our carbon footprint. Since our foundation, our motto—"We provide solutions to your real estate needs without you having to leave your desk."—reflects both our visionary approach and our commitment to technology.

Reducing Paper Usage (ESG 7)

With an environmentally conscious mindset, we aim to minimize paper usage, contributing to the preservation of natural resources. By managing our processes through electronic documents, we significantly reduce paper consumption. The shift to digital signatures and the effective use of digital communication tools further support this goal. As part of this effort, we have transitioned to using RFID-enabled digital business cards and are informing our stakeholders about this system.

Green Building Standards and Energy Efficiency (ESG 8)

At PROPIN, we choose to operate in a green-certified building. Our LEED Gold-certified office demonstrates our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. This certification symbolizes a sustainable office environment by focusing on criteria such as energy efficiency, water conservation, environmental impact, and indoor air quality. Additionally, it provides our employees with a healthy and productive work environment.

Adoption of Shared Business Models (ESG 9)

We have adopted shared business models to make our operations more efficient and environmentally friendly. By using shared office spaces, we aim to utilize energy, water, and other resources more effectively, reduce our carbon footprint, and manage our processes in a more eco-friendly manner. This approach not only optimizes our business model but also exemplifies our commitment to minimizing environmental impact and practicing sustainable business operations.
